The video shows the differences of eight cultures, which we should know because knowing culture is very important for communication in everyday life. In America, when having the consultant management, they sometimes need to stand for meeting because it can save time. However, it seems strange for making the meditation before discussing what they are going to talk about. In Germany, accident or making car's scratch is a serious and surprise, so it can make mind. Making cross legs in the public means to make silent. When giving flowers to someone sadness because it is use for only the funeral. In China, when the partner's pot is very important which is eaten out of bowl, they really care in mealtime. Therefore, they need to add it more. At the end, in Indian, we can find that Indian are very creative sometimes we can see the materials are used in different. For example, washing machine is used as the fruit shake. According above all, culture is very useful. Know about culture can make success.

  1. A big machine made an explosion. 
  2. There are three points that he decide to was control his emotional of dyeing and he discus about this with his daughter and wife.
  3. For his presentation style, I think that he makes some good point and some other are not gooin his presentation. His good points in his presentation are: good meaning, talking clear. In contrast, for his bad points in his presentation are: when he started his presentation, he did not introduce himself. While presenting, he did not smile and use eye contact. Moreover, at the end of presentation he did not say thank you or good-bye.

Summary of Toronto's Presentation

Toronto is making a presentation about the way to be the leather. He starts his presentation by asking the audience "How everyone call yourself as a leader?" He said that he went across many countries and the asked that question. A huge of audience rose their hands up. Making life become a leadership is something big enough. Toronto said that to make leader is to start valuing everything we do every day. For example, he told the day when he was middle school then start the university. However, so scared that he could not do anything. He cried like a baby. However, everything became all right when got the explanation form his mother. Moreover, Toronto added leader start from how many you pay for, and many of you say thank you for because we make leader for changing the world.

For his presentation style, he had done well because when did it, he used body movement, eye contact and smile.

  1. Richard St John had done research for his presentation to teenager, who had asked him. "What reach to success?" Then he got points to answer to the question by putting in slide presentation.
  2. The 8 steps that he gave in his presentation were :
1.       Passion: do everything by passion not by money.
2.       Work: it all hare work.
3.       Good: to be successful, put your nose down in something, get dam good at it.
4.       Focus: focus yourself one thing.
5.       Push: push yourself, shyness and self-doubt.
6.       Serve: serve yourself.
7.       Ideas: when bring some ideas, will get some simple thing, listen, observe, be curious, ask question, problem solve and making connection.
8.       Persist: when having, failure, and CRAP (Criticism, Rejection, as hole and pressure.)
  1. For Richard's slides PowerPoint presentation are very good. Not using many sentences. Moreover, picture so that is why it easy to understand.
  2. For his presentation, for my idea, I think it is very good because he makes it easy to understand. Especially, foreign student as if I am. Moreover, extracted many quotes from other success people to support his presentation. Therefore, he can make it scenic.
