My Habits

After I've studied the book names "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teen" in personal growth can development class, I can know and define my own habit whether they are good or bad and right or wrong. In this book, there are seven chapter: Proactive, Begin with the End in Mind, Put first Think first, Think Win-Won, Seek first to understand then To be Understood, Synergies and Sharpen the saw. Those chapters  explain clearly about character to success in our live. Because I've gotten good things from this boo, I can distinguish my good and bad habit and my commitment to change and develop my life. 

At the beginning, I'm going to describe about my good habits. For my own, I have some good habits. For example, in my free time, I always read and research, read books magazine, newspaper, include read online with many websites. BBC and Reuter world news are the top of my favorite reading. One other good habit is I always pay attention to my time management in doing everything. Because I work at night and study in morning, I haven't time enogh to control my assignment, so I need to make myself smart in using time management. Moreover, I always want to know about society situation. And I get to know about society by my reading and researching in directly to the society and online researching.

In addition, I never delay what I've planned to do even it is school work or housework. One more thing, I like to help people without reward. Especially, my friends or people in the case of their need. The next is I never talk behind someone even him or her makes mistakes on me. Strangely enough, I like to help my grandmother with housework. In my garden, which is at the back of my home, you can find many big tree and kind of fruits that it she and I have planted. At the end of my good habit is I like to go outside when feeling stress. 

On the other hand, I'm also going describe bout my bad habits. Even I have good habits, I still find all bad. Such as, I like sleeping. I always feel so sleepy in the class even I sleep enough at night before the class starts in morning next day. Another bad habit is I miss to do what I plane for school. I often prepare all materials for researching in library after class finish. Because of feeling so sleepy,  I quit my plane the go back to the home with read nothing. The next bad habit I have is  I frequently review what happened in my life at the past. That's why I feel so sad every time. In addition, I always look down on my own ability. I don't value for what I have.

My commitment 

At the end, now I have known and can distinquish all the negative and positive habits of my life from studying The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teen. It also give techniques of concept to change all of my bad habits. I see good habits make me success everything. Yet, all bad habits always cause me get failure every time. After I list what good and bad habits, I see I still have bad habits in my life. Therefore, it's going to make my life failure at once.  To improve my life, I commit to change those entire then make good. Finally, I strongly hope that after I change all those, my life will success.
